Guests will enjoy four OSB beers paired with a four course dinner, created by Chef Jorge Guerrero.
💘 Appetizer : Lobster Rockefeller
Two Lobster Medallions with Hollandaise, sautéed Garlic, Spinach and Parmesan Cheese. Paired with El Chaparro Mexican Lager.
💘 Salad : Grilled Radicchio and Romaine Heart
Grilled Romaine and Radicchio, Honey Balsamic drizzle, cubed Feta Cheese and fried Polenta Croutons. Paired with 65 South Pilsner.
💘 Entree : Traditional Beef Wellington
Seared Beef Tenderloin, topped with Mushroom Duxelles wrapped in Puff Pastry, served with Roasted Fingerling Potatoes with a Stout Demiglace. Paired with Roeschaard Belgian Dubbel.
💘 Dessert : Flourless Chocolate Cake
Paired with Scientific Calculation Russian Imperial Stout
Guests may substitute one of their beer offerings with a glass of wine or cider.
Tickets are $70 per person (gratuity included) excluding tax. Participants must be 21 years or older.
